As a result, we do not offer a set rate or pre-set prices for our services. Instead, we will review your plans and specifications and usually within a working day will email you a fully described and broken down quotation.

We will then follow this with a call to answer any queries you may have. We are sure we are the only company to offer such a bespoke service and to be able to offer a tailored service to suit your budget.

We do not use standard software pricing tools or estimating packages – these tools will only give you a standard rate and these will not allow for many specific design items and specialist finishes.

We use local knowledge and local suppliers to gain our rates and we have over 30 years experience in construction build, design, and surveying so we know what we’re doing.
