What we do:

Send us your plans and specifications and we will review them fully.  From there we will contact you to discuss in detail your specific requirements. 

Based on this we will then conduct a full take off, cost all materials and sundries, labour, plant and equipment. 

We will collate this into our standard tender submission or we can tailor the documents to suit your particular format.

This will include all specialist trades and supplies including:

Environmental

Sustainability

Décor and unique finishes

Initially, we will submit to you a draft, including cost sheets and cost analysis for your review.  From there we will then submit a final set of documents.
